		<description>Thanks for the insight, Steve. The distinction between &quot;balanced&quot; and &quot;fulfilling&quot; is interesting - it&#039;s all about choices. And goals are the starting point. If you can&#039;t step back and say what needs to change (at least &quot;I&#039;m not happy with my family life&quot;) you have no freedom to change anything.

Also, there is no room in my equation for &quot;victims&quot; of their own lives. They need breakthroughs as much as anything.</description>

		<description>Nice article john. I like your thoughts. Most people I have worked with struggle with setting goals. 
I dont believe in the concept of work life balance.Your work and your life should not be 2 seperate entities. Show me someone who is fulfilled in their work and I&#039;ll show you someone who is leading a  fulfilling life. The other thought I have on this is; if you do want to work a bit less (who doesn&#039;t) - then get a life. Play music, read, travel,meet interesting people, exercise etc.</description>
